The annual partnership fee is $50,000 USD. This fee grants you access to Woolf's full platform, resources, support services, and community. There is also a monthly seat fee per student, per month of $50 USD. The monthly seat minimum is 50 active students. Upon approval of your application, you will receive a payment link to complete this transaction.
Payment is due upon approval of your application. We will send you a payment link via email as part of your approval notification. Once payment is received, your partnership officially activates and our onboarding team will contact you to schedule the implementation kickoff meeting.
The standard payment terms require the annual fee upfront. The implementation timeline varies based on your organization's readiness and technical requirements. Typically, the core implementation takes 8 weeks, including: platform setup and configuration, API or Canvas integration, staff training, curriculum loading, and go-live preparation. Our team will work with you to create a customized implementation plan with clear milestones.

Each partner is assigned a dedicated Partnership Manager who serves as your primary point of contact. Your Partnership Manager will be responsible for ongoing relationship management and addressing concerns or questions, and ensuring you get maximum value from the partnership.
Yes! Woolf supports multiple integration approaches. You can choose between: (1) Direct API integration for custom implementations; (2) Canvas LMS integration for institutions using Canvas. If you use a different LMS, we can discuss custom integration options, but it depends on the capacity of your technical team. During your application, you specified your preferred integration method, and our technical team will work with you to ensure seamless connectivity.
Technical requirements vary based on your integration approach. For API integration, you will need: (1) Dedicated technical resources from your team; (2) Basic understanding of APIs; (3) Secure server infrastructure for data exchange; (4) Compliance with our data security standards. For Canvas integration, your team will need Canvas access. During implementation planning, our technical team will provide a detailed technical requirements checklist specific to your setup.
